Realistic Talking Avatar with Generative AI

Client W2M, travel division of the Iberostar Group, needed to create a disruptive user experience to present at its Fitur 2024 booth, engage attendees and elevate its customers’ experience to a new level.

In addition, the project aims to improve the company’s efficiency and provide new and innovative tools to automate its processes thanks to artificial intelligence.

Thanks to advanced neural network models and the Microsoft Azure Avatar Text-to-Speech service, Bravent was able to create a high-quality, synthetic-realistic avatar based on a real person that enables real-time intelligent conversations and personalized content and responses about the company’s different brands and destinations.

In addition, the developed solution allows reaching multiple people, languages and styles in a more inclusive way.

W2M has relied on Microsoft’s leadership in the field of Generative AI and Bravent to develop and implement this cutting-edge tool, which has been presented for the first time at W2M’s stand at FITUR.
