HoloLens 2 Remote Assist

The project consisted of developing a solution that would allow them to have computational control of the manufacturing tools in order to be able to diagnose and solve any problems that might exist with the machines on some occasions.

Dynamics Remote Assist is a solution that, together with HoloLens 2, allows Gurutzpe to share what he sees with remote experts in real time and get the help he needs while keeping his hands free.

Thanks to the Remote Assist tool, Gurutzpe has been able to have almost real communication with the technician on the other side of the connection, allowing him to diagnose and solve any problems with the machine efficiently.

With Remote Assist you have been able to:

• Make video calls with people anywhere in the world.
• Integrate with Teams and the Gurutzpe’s active directory.
• Facilitate access to files, images, maps, etc.
• Paint help information in Mixed Reality.
