Challenge
AEMPS aimed to modernize its document validation processes for medical products, ensuring maximum accuracy and safety. While manual regulatory review procedures were in place, they were time-consuming, costly, and prone to human error.
The challenge was to automate the approval of critical documents while maintaining reliability, security, and quality, and improving efficiency for healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
