This project was presented at FITUR 2024, where Bravent showed how artificial intelligence can transform customer service in the tourism sector.
W2M’s goal was to create a disruptive user experience that would attract FITUR attendees and, at the same time, offer tools that would optimize its internal processes. The solution had to be able to interact in real time with users, providing personalized information in multiple languages and styles.
We developed a realistic avatar using Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Azure OpenAI technologies, which allowed W2M to interact with visitors in a personalized way. This avatar not only improves the customer experience, but also automates key processes, allowing the company to be more efficient and offer a more inclusive and accessible service.
