What data do we process?

How long will we process your data for?

The personal data you provide shall be retained for as long as the commercial/business relation is valid, or for a period of four years from the last business transaction, in accordance with the law for tax purposes.

Even so, our company will continue to retain the information in order to send commercial messages that we consider to be of interest to you unless you request the termination of this service.

You may exercise your rights under current legislation at any time, by contacting us in whichever way you prefer. What is the justification for processing your data? The legal grounds for processing your data is the performance of the service contract needed to carry out the business transaction or it can be based on your explicit consent as the interested party.

Who will your data be sent to?

Your data will not be disclosed to a third party, except for valid legal obligations. Should this situation change for any reason you will be duly informed, and your consent sought for this disclosure. We inform you that we shall not send the data abroad.

What are your rights when you submit your data to us?

  • Access. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation from the processing supervisor if the data processed is relevant to them or not.
