According to Microsoft’s Work Trend<\/a> Index report\u2014based on insights from 31,000 employees across 31 countries<\/strong>, combined with signals from Microsoft 365<\/strong> and LinkedIn<\/strong>\u201482% of business leaders believe this is a pivotal year to rethink their strategy and operations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A new type of organization is emerging: the Frontier Firm<\/strong>, a company that is restructuring work and operations around Generative AI<\/strong>, where people and AI agents work side by side.<\/p>\n

The difference is significant. Within organizations already operating as Frontier Firms, 71% of employees say their company is thriving<\/strong>, compared to a global average of 37%<\/strong>. Meanwhile, 81% of leaders expect AI agents to be integrated into their AI strategy within the next 12\u201318 months<\/strong>, while 24% have already deployed AI organization-wide<\/strong> and 12% are currently in pilot phases<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The message is clear: competitive advantage no longer comes from adopting AI\u2014it comes from how AI is adopted and governed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Microsoft describes it as the suite that brings together “transformation, intelligence, and trust in a single platform.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

    In practical terms, E7 is the natural evolution of E5, built for a future where work is human-led and agent-operated<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
