The Bravent team claimed victory<\/strong> yesterday in the grand final of the VI Datat\u00f3n by IndesIA<\/strong><\/a>, competing against the winners of all the year\u2019s semifinals.<\/p>\n

Our project tackled the challenge posed by Mec\u00e1nicas Aparicio<\/a>,<\/strong> focused on optimizing production efficiency and planning by automating the analysis of parts\u2014a process that had previously been carried out manually.<\/p>\n<\/div>[vc_empty_space]<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

The Challenge: More Efficient and Planned Production<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Mec\u00e1nicas Aparicio, a company specialized in laser cutting and machining, faced significant challenges in its production process: variability in production times, suboptimal resource allocation, unexpected stoppages, and quality errors. These difficulties complicated planning and generated extra costs, affecting competitiveness.<\/p>\n

The goal was clear: develop a solution capable of accurately predicting production times, automating parts analysis, and facilitating decision-making on the shop floor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>[vc_empty_space]<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
