At Bravent, we believe in the importance of fostering female talent in STEM. On the International Day of Women and Girls in Science<\/strong>, we reaffirm our commitment to this mission and the need to promote initiatives that make women in technology more visible. With BraveTechLadies<\/strong><\/a>, our internal program, we seek to highlight their role in the industry and turn them into role models that inspire new generations.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

TechShessions: A Space for learning and growth<\/h2>\n

TechShessions<\/a> is a program designed to help women in the technology sector gain confidence in their communication and improve their public speaking skills. At Bravent, we identified this same challenge in our team and decided to collaborate with the program. In this edition, two of our colleagues, Luc\u00eda L\u00f3pez Guti\u00e9rrez<\/a> (Marketing & Communication Specialist) and Alexandra Kuchynskaya<\/a> (Front-End Developer), participated and lived an enriching experience.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cI really liked the dynamics of TechShessions because it combines talk sessions with practical sessions. This makes you get to know your peers better and gain confidence in public speaking in a natural way.\u201d

More than training: a supportive community<\/h2>\n

One of the most valued aspects of the program is the community generated among the participants.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cWhat has surprised me the most is the closeness and support of everyone. It is an environment where you can share doubts, receive feedback and learn from others. It has motivated me to keep growing and, in the future, I would love to be a mentor to help other women.\u201d

Throughout the program, our classmates participated in activities designed to enhance their communication skills. From hands-on exercises to presenting talks, TechShessions<\/strong> allowed them to hone their personal style when speaking in public.<\/p>\n

\n\u201c It has been a personal discovery that I did not expect, and has given me the confidence to continue exploring new opportunities in this field.\u201d
