In the video, it will be shown how the avatar welcomes guests, requests their ID and provides personalized information about hotel services and nearby points of interest. This solution demonstrates how artificial intelligence can improve the customer experience in the hotel industry.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data analytics solution:<\/strong> We will present an interactive dashboard that allows you to visualize historical and real-time data from a fictitious hotel chain. Visitors will be able to explore different metrics, such as revenue by dates, actual and estimated occupancy, number of new and recurring customers, and much more.
