The<strong> integration of Dynamics 365 with BlueWings XR<\/strong> achieves a 48% reduction in administrative times, allowing the center to meet a greater demand for training, increasing the number of students per practice group by 30% and the number of new enrollments by 24%.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n<strong>Francisco Casta\u00f1o, CEO of Aviation Group<\/strong>, stated:<em> \u201cThe successful implementation of HoloLens 2 and BlueWings XR has been a significant milestone that has allowed us to meet a growing demand for training. With Microsoft technology, Aviation Group, will continue to lead innovation in aerospace education, offering more efficient and engaging learning experiences for our students.\u201d<\/em>\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>[vc_single_image image=&#8221;46669&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;]<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12  col-xs-mobile-fullwidth\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">[vc_separator]<div class=\"last-paragraph-no-margin\"><h2><strong>What is the project BlueWings XR about?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Given the lack of technicians with the sufficient qualifications required by the regulations of international aviation safety agencies, one of the main problems of the aviation sector, <strong>Aviation Group has chosen to integrate Microsoft HoloLens 2 mixed reality glasses with the Dynamics Guides<\/strong> platform into its practical training processes in order to optimize them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dynamics Guides has been complemented with BlueWings XR<\/strong>, a canvas application that we have developed at Bravent and whose interactivity allows the mechanic to record various results of the execution of their work and register them in Dataverse, linked to the guides generated in Dynamics Guides.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thanks to this complementary use, the specialized professionals who teach the classes can establish the correct results of the practices on the application itself<\/strong>, so that the students&#8217; practice notebooks are automatically completed and corrected as the practices are carried out.<\/p>\n<p>In this way, administrative times are reduced by 48% in general, with reductions of 50% for instructors once they have achieved expert handling of the platform. This automation has helped the center to be able to meet a wider training demand and to increase the number of students per training group by 30%, with the same number of qualified teachers.<\/p>\n<\/div>[vc_single_image image=&#8221;46671&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][vc_separator]<div class=\"last-paragraph-no-margin\"><p>Aviation Group has thus made an important qualitative leap in offering the best education, focused on improving the employability of its students, in a growing sector, with more than 70,000 new jobs in the last 5 years and 100,000 for the next 3 years.
