Sales Director – UK & Ireland

Job Summary:

Bravent is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead our commercial operations across the UK and Ireland. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and establishing strong, long-term partnerships within the IT consulting and digital transformation sectors. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the technology landscape, a strong network in the region, and a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the UK and Ireland market, aligning with Bravent’s global business objectives.
  • Revenue & Profitability Goals: Lead efforts to achieve and surpass annual revenue targets, while maintaining profitability and business sustainability.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding Bravent’s presence within the region and deepening existing client relationships.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders within prospective and current clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, and Operations) to drive seamless execution of go-to-market strategies and ensure client success.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, providing strategic insights and adjustments to the plan as needed.
  • Contract Negotiations & Closing Deals: Lead high-value negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements that drive long-term partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive sales experience in the technology or IT services industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading sales operations and achieving targets in the UK and Ireland market.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to design and execute impactful sales strategies to penetrate new markets and accelerate growth.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong people management and team-building capabilities, with experience in coaching and developing talent.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
