The Differentiator: AI Agents Without Additional Consumption Costs

One of the most significant advantages of E7 lies here.

Both Microsoft-built agents (such as Cowork and Autopilot Agents) and custom agents developed through Copilot Studio are included as part of the Microsoft 365 Copilot license, which is itself included within E7.

This means users with E7 do not consume credits or messages when interacting with these agents.

As a result, organizations eliminate one of the biggest barriers to AI scale: uncertainty around usage-based costs.
