Bravent is part of the BeFlex board, a new initiative driven by zityhub that seeks to create a meeting place for leading companies in flexibility.
Since its founding, Bravent’s mission has been focused on the well-being of its talent, promoting a culture of respect, collaboration and growth. Our goal is that each person can develop their full potential and that their ideas are listened to and valued. For this reason, flexibility and work-life balance have been part of Bravent’s DNA since our inception in 2013.
More than 10 years ago, we implemented the first work-life balance measure at Bravent: Teleworking. Since then, the team has been free to choose whether to telecommute, go to the office, combine both models and even live in different cities across the country. This benefit was made possible thanks to the trust we place in our team, which demonstrates its commitment to the objectives and values of Bravent and its clients on a daily basis.
Teleworking came with a birthday present: being able to have that day off to enjoy it with our loved ones. A small gesture that makes a big difference and that we have been celebrating since 2013.
Years later, we went a step further in our mission to offer the team greater possibilities for work-life balance, implementing flexible working hours that allowed each person to adapt the start and end of their working day according to their needs.
Thanks to all these measures, we were awarded the Madrid Flexible Company Award 2019. However, the real “Flexible Revolution” came two years later, when we established a 36-hour working week, which marked a turning point in our work-life balance policy and in the way we work.
All these measures are still in place at Bravent, where we work every day to maintain our leadership in the field of flexibility and work-life balance, innovating and developing new proposals that continue to improve our team’s work-life balance. We are therefore proud to be part of a board of directors that recognises and makes visible the efforts of companies that think differently.
