Ávoris and Microsoft present CAT-AI at FITUR 2025, the virtual assistant that revolutionizes the travel experience

Strategic collaboration between Ávoris, Microsoft, Briguest by Bravent and Amadeus drives innovation in the travel industry.

CAT-AI offers an immersive and personalized experience thanks to Azure’s artificial intelligence technology to all CATAI tour operator customers.

As part of the last edition of FITUR, Ávoris Corporación Empresarial and Microsoft announced the launch of CAT-AI, a state-of-the-art virtual assistant designed to transform the traveler experience. The development of CAT-AI has been made possible thanks to the strategic collaboration with Amadeus, a technology leader in the travel industry, and Briguest by Bravent, a Microsoft technology partner.

CAT-AI integrates generative artificial intelligence technology from Azure, Microsoft’s cloud, to provide detailed and personalized information about travel destinations. This tool will allow users to interact intuitively to learn about recommendations for places of interest, activities, accommodations, flights and documentation requirements.

During FITUR 2025, attendees were able to live an immersive experience exploring destinations such as Japan and Costa Rica through visual, oral and written content in virtual reality environments and mobile devices. In addition, CAT-AI is available on platforms such as WhatsApp, facilitating access to information at any time and place during the customer’s trip.

The integration with Amadeus solutions such as Amadeus Hey! for travel updates and Amadeus Discover for destination recommendations will provide up-to-date information on flights, restaurants and activities, enhancing travel planning and enjoyment. CAT-AI is designed to evolve and incorporate new destinations and functionalities, with the aim of enriching the experience of CATAI’s customers, Ávoris’s major travel tour operator.
